Manisha Chauhan is the founder of Prem & Prana, a Sydney-based foods and lifestyle brand built on Heritage & Evidence: the belief that ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and modern health science are stronger together. She brings 20 years in healthcare, first as a laboratory scientist and then as a clinical genetic counsellor, together with formal training as an Ayurvedic lifestyle instructor. Prem & Prana began as a single market stall in December 2024 and now trades at Bondi Farmers Market, Paddington Markets and online. Its signature Chai Masala honours family ritual while reconnecting food with health.
