Emica Penklis is the founder and CEO of Loco Love, a premium artisan chocolate brand born from an unexpected calling. Trained as a herbalist and naturopath after an earlier career in fashion design, Emica started Loco Love in 2013 with a $1,000 tax refund and a belief that chocolate could be both indulgent and genuinely good for you. What began as a kitchen experiment grew into one of Australia's most recognised artisan chocolate brands, built on clean ingredients, bold flavour and a distinctly heart-led approach to food.
