Dr Christina DeLay is the Co-Founder, CEO and Head of R&D at ALTINA, an Australian non-alcoholic wine company creating award-winning wines infused with native Australian botanicals. With a PhD in Plant Biology and a background in Chemical Biotechnology, Christina brings science, flavour and a deep understanding of botanicals to product development. She co-founded ALTINA in 2018 after becoming frustrated by the lack of sophisticated alcohol-free options available in Australia. Today, ALTINA is helping reshape Australian drinking culture with complex, dry non-alcoholic wines, proudly made in Canberra.
