Christine Wan is the Co-founder of Speakworthy, a communication and leadership consultancy that helps organisations build confident leaders, high-performing teams and cultures of trust through measurable communication capability. She is also the Founder of C3 Education Group, an after-school service established in 2005, which has empowered more than 10,000 students over the past two decades. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Christine spent over a decade in the finance sector, building expertise across banking, wealth management and strategy. She also serves as a Board Member bringing a strong governance perspective to leadership, inclusion and community impact. Passionate about amplifying diverse voices, Christine combines commercial acumen with deep expertise in communication, education and leadership development. She works with corporates, educators and community leaders to build trust, confidence and influence, helping people and organisations lead with authenticity and lasting impact.
